NYATEP Submits NPRM Feedback

On June 15th, NYATEP submitted detailed comments and recommendations to the Departments of Labor and Education relating to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the Workforce Innovaton and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The recommendations were developed by a committee of NYATEP members, and final recommendations included the compliation of the full membership's feedback.
